The place was fairly clean and staff was very amiable and extremely helpful. Our breakfast was generous with pastries and meats and fruit. The service was good, totally satisfied. Loved the location very close to the center. The place was very close to Mirabelle, where you can have dinner.

The stay was perfect for exploring all the highlights of Rome, just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The room was well-equipped. We particularly enjoyed the balcony space, which made our evenings relaxing. While we faced some discomfort with the bed, the overall experience was still pleasant, especially knowing we were in such a great area with amenities nearby.

Overall had good stay on a business trip. The room itself was well priced here with balcony, hairdryer and great heating. The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. The accommodation had a central location very close to the center.

Perfect location and my room had a lovely view. It was cozy, and having a mirror on the ceiling was quite a good surprise! Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh.
I seemed like a plumber waiting for hot water, had to leave the tap running forever! The fridge seemed to be on a permanent coffee break, not cooling one bit.

The hotel is situated right next to piazza the spagna.
Some of the rooms are much smaller than the others and the ones you see on the pictures. The furniture and decoration of the room is very simple and the shower quite small. Very poor breakfast.

We stayed with our teenage daughter and loved the easy access to all the major tourist spots like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. The cleaned rooms with fresh towels every day.
My wife says that the noise from the busy street made it hard to relax at night. A soundproofing improvement would be great for families with children.

The hotel is in a great location, very central (3-5 minutes walk from hotel, the Spanish Steps and the F.Di Trevi - 5 minutes walk ). The staff was very helpful (speaks English and assists with information related to the transportation, famous places location and other information). For the Russian tourists it is a good new that one of the staff's members is speaking Russian. The staff and facilities in the hotel were met our expectation. We had a room with a balcony (the reservation was done in advance). The rooms were clean and the size was sufficient for me and my child (8 years old). We would like to recommend this hotel to the tourists and our friends. Also we would like to say "Grazie" to the management and the staff.

Location(near Spanish steps) and staff were excellent
a/C terrible. Lift was antiquated, but did work. Only one, barely working electrical outlet, which was in the bathroom. Below average continental breakfast. No internet access.
